You are required to make a 50% payment within 7 working days after your booking is confirmed.
The final 50% payment should be made no later than 60 days before the commencement of the rental.

A cancellation done more than 60 days prior to departure, 50% of the total cruise price will be charged as cancellation fee. 59 – 0 days prior to departure 100% of the cruise price will be charged as cancellation fees.
Yes, shortening your stay for any reason can be considered a cancellation, and charges may apply as per the cancellation policy.
Force Majeure is defined as any cause attributed to Acts of God, accidents, natural disaster, weather or other occurrences beyond the reasonable control of the Operator and not caused by the Operator negligence. No warranty is made as to the suitability of weather with respect to the cruise.
If a Named Storm threatens or is forecast to threaten the expected location of the cruise as determined by the Captain or the Cruise Director in his/her sole discretion, the Captain or the Cruise Director shall have the option of terminating or canceling the charter any time that he/she deems necessary. No refund is provided for cancellation due to Force Majeure.
Yes, it is mandatory to purchase travel insurance for protection against cancellation penalties and many other unforeseeable circumstances, such as emergency medical evacuation or insurance for water sports and scuba diving.
